Genting Darul Sdn. Bhd. specializes in sales & marketing of alternative cost-saving and high grade Renew™ rubber compound which has a similar quality to natural rubber compound. Our compound is tested and proven by the independent test lab.

The disposal of rubber waste and scrap has become a major environmental and health concern in most countries. As a solution, the company has developed the world’s leading rubber devulcanization technology, thus turning rubber recycling into a commercially viable and sustainable green solution.

ReNew Rubber as a Solution
We are converting the special selected rubber from waste tyre to a high grade rubber compound through our state-of the-art green recycling technology. The end product “NexRubber” compound generated by this technology is more than 85% soluble in toluene solvent and gel accounts for the remaining 15%. 

This indicates that most of the polysulphidic linkages have been opened up. NexRubber retains more than 80% of the dynamic and physical properties of the rubber, with the added advantage of being able to vulcanize NexRubber without further addition of chemicals such as sulfur and accelerator. 

By blending with virgin compounds ranging from 20% to 90% of NexRubber , the resultant vulcanizing display superior properties at significantly lower cost using only virgin rubber compounds.
